Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time

Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Rates and delivery estimates

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address and the shipping method you choose. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated above, we will email you with a revised ship date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. We can update it only before the order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the ship date with your order number and we will help resolve it.
